About Us

At Live Wild, yoga is more than movement. It’s a return to your natural rhythm. Through nature inspired classes and retreats, we create a safe and welcoming space for you to reconnect with yourself, to the earth, and with those around you.

Our mission is to help you feel wild, free, and fully alive in body, mind, and heart.

Meet the Founder

Hello and welcome, I’m Jess! My mission is to create and hold space for folks to slow down, get curious, and reconnect to what matters most. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to bring us back home.

I created Live Wild as a place for self-reflection, community, and re-wilding. A space where you can return to living with more presence, play, and purpose.

As a New Hampshire native, I have always had a love for the outdoors, physical fitness, sports, and health & wellness. In 2003 I graduated with a B.S. in Nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse for 22 years.

In 2010, I attended my first Bikram yoga class and soon after began exploring other types of asana. I was hooked! I loved the ritual and devotion of the practice and began noticing ways that yoga impacted my life beyond the mat. In 2017, after seeing all the benefits from the practice, I decided to pursue my 200hr RYT with Boston Yoga School under the guidance of Ame Wren and Caroline Pineau.

I strive to offer fun and thoughtful movement practices using breath and sound alignment, influenced by my ongoing yoga studies and the in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology that I have gained through my years working as a nurse.

My wish is for my students to walk away feeling joyful, inspired, connected and supported.
